Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and manage the front desk with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.
Assisting stylists with shampooing and blow-drying.
Preparing stations and maintaining a clean, organized salon.
Assisting stylists throughout appointments as needed.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication.

What We're Looking For

Valid cosmetology license.
Punctual and professional.
Flexible availability.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Team player who takes initiative.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy.
Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and phone reception is highly desirable.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
