Front Desk Associate at Multi-Floor Spa and Wellness Center

Job Description

We are a new multi-floor spa and wellness center opening soon in Flushing, NY. We are looking for friendly and responsible Front Desk Associates to join our guest service team.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assist guests with check-in, check-out, admission, and general front desk questions
Provide basic information about spa services, facility rules, pricing, and guest procedures
Assist with guest registration, waiver forms, wristbands, locker information, and related check-in steps
Answer phone calls and assist with basic inquiries when needed
Handle guest concerns or requests professionally and report issues to management when necessary
Communicate with floor staff, locker room staff, security, and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Follow all company policies, guest service standards, and operational procedures

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Basic English communication skills required
Chinese communication skills required
Previous experience in front desk, customer service, hospitality, spa, hotel, restaurant, retail, or guest service preferred
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
Strong communication skills and good customer service mindset
Comfortable using basic computer systems, POS systems, phones, or reservation software
Able to explain policies and procedures clearly and politely
Strong attention to detail when handling guest information, payments, check-in, and check-out
Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
Responsible, reliable, and able to work well with a team

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend and holiday availability required.
