Responsibilities

Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, and nail art.
Perform advanced nail treatments such as gel nails, acrylics, and nail enhancements with precision and attention to detail.
Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety.
Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail care options based on individual needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services like hand or foot massages, paraffin treatments, or retail nail products to enhance client experience.
Stay current with the latest trends in color theory, nail art techniques, and industry innovations to provide fresh ideas for clients.
Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied during every appointment.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology.
Proven experience in nail care, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail techniques such as acrylics or gel applications.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures to prevent infections and ensure client well-being.
Familiarity with color theory, nail art design, and current beauty trends.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to client needs.
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Experience with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or hair styling is a plus but not required.
