Job Overview

As a Hair Stylist at our salon, you will showcase your creativity and talent by providing clients with exceptional hair services. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your skills are valued.

Responsibilities

Perform hair consultations to determine clients' needs and preferences
Provide hair services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
Stay updated on current hair trends and styling techniques
Recommend hair care products to clients to maintain their hairstyle
Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements

Valid cosmetology or barbering license
Proficiency in a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling
Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
Knowledge of makeup application, eyelash extensions, and straight razor techniques is a plus
Experience in retail math, store management, or front desk operations is advantageous
Ability to mentor junior stylists and provide guidance when needed
