Job Description
Sculpture Body Center is a premier medical spa dedicated to enhancing our clients' wellness and appearance through advanced treatments and personalized care. We are seeking a Medical Assistant to be at the forefront of patient care. In this vital role, you will support physicians and healthcare providers by delivering exceptional clinical and administrative care. Your energetic approach will help ensure smooth clinic operations, enhance patient experiences, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical services.Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories and updating information in the EHR system
- Prepare clients for treatments, ensuring comfort, professionalism, and clear communication about the process
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, home routines, and wellness recommendations
- Support retail sales by confidently recommending products and wellness add-ons (commission earned)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment in accordance with infection-control standards
- Assist with overall spa cleanliness, including wiping surfaces, maintaining treatment rooms, and helping with light laundry
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and helping manage patient flow
- Demonstrate a motivated, sales-driven attitude with enthusiasm for client service and MedSpa growth
Requirements
- Must have completed a DPH-approved Medical Assisting program
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, post-op care, or wellness clinic is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and client-service oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced spa environment
- Basic computer skills for charting, scheduling, and client management
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn advanced lymphatic and wellness protocols
