Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
• Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, workstations, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring a smooth client flow
• Upsell additional services such as brow shaping, lash lifts, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing client questions, offering aftercare advice, and creating a positive experience
• Promote salon services through social media management and product demos to attract new clients and retain existing ones

Experience

• Valid cosmetology license with specialization in eyelash extensions or related esthetic fields
• Proven experience performing eyelash extension applications in a professional setting
• Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to lash application and beauty treatments
• Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred
• Experience with other beauty treatments such as dermal fillers, dermabrasion, body waxing, or makeup application is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Background in retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management to grow client base and promote services

Compensation & Work Location

Pay: $25.80 - $31.07 per hour

Work Location: In person
