We're seeking a Licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, well-versed (or eager to learn) in GlyMed Plus products, and confident or excited to learn about lash extensions, lash lifts, brows, and body waxing. This is a long-term position — ideal for someone looking to grow within a supportive team, not for someone seeking to gain experience and later open their own business.

Position Summary

As a Licensed Aesthetician at Northampton Lashes, you'll provide elevated skin and beauty services while upholding our standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client care. You'll be part of a small, supportive, high-performing team where education, communication, and respect are the foundation of success.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform customized corrective and rejuvenating facials using GlyMed Plus products; educate clients on skincare routines and ingredients.
• Perform lash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume), lash lifts, brow lamination, shaping, and tints.
• Provide efficient, comfortable, and sanitary waxing services for face and body.
• Communicate clearly and professionally during consultations; ensure clients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their service.
• Learn and confidently recommend GlyMed and other luxury retail products; support the client's results beyond the appointment.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, organization, and compliance with all state and salon hygiene regulations.
• Work independently with accountability while contributing to a positive, supportive team atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and feedback sessions with professionalism and humility.

Ideal Candidate

• Holds a current Massachusetts Aesthetician License.
• Experienced or eager to learn GlyMed Plus product use and protocols.
• Skilled or interested in eyelash extensions, lifts, and brow services.
• Confident in waxing and sanitation best practices.
• Strong communicator who values teamwork, clarity, and respect.
• Meticulous and professional in maintaining protocols, safety, and salon standards.
• Punctual, reliable, and motivated to consistently deliver a luxury client experience.
• Comfortable working in a high-end environment with discerning clientele.
• Committed to long-term growth, learning, and contributing to Northampton Lashes' culture of excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

• Tiered commission structure: starting at 30%, with growth up to 50%.
