Duties

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client's preferences and hair type
• Provide expert advice on hair care, color theory, and styling techniques to educate clients and promote retail products
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment
• Mentor junior staff or apprentices to foster skill development and uphold salon standards

Experience

• Proven experience in professional hair styling, barbering, or cosmetology with knowledge of current trends and techniques
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and provide personalized consultations
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and store management practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff

Compensation and Work Location

Pay: $23.32 - $28.09 per hour
