Job Summary
As a Hair Stylist at our salon, you will be responsible for providing professional hair care services to clients. Your creativity and expertise will help clients achieve their desired look and boost their confidence.

Duties
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
- Perform haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments based on client requests
- Provide makeup application services when requested
- Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Demonstrate proficiency in using a straight razor for shaving and grooming services
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas and equipment
- Engage in retail sales of hair care products and recommend suitable products to clients
- Uphold excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and building lasting relationships

Experience
- Possess a valid cosmetology license
- Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation practices for tools and work areas
- Experience with retail sales and understanding of retail math principles
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a salon is a plus
