Hair Salon Receptionist (Part Time)

Overview:

We are a busy salon looking for a reliable, confident and friendly Salon Receptionist to join our team. The schedule is Tuesday - Friday opening - 1pm with occasional Saturdays.

You'll provide exceptional customer service and an enjoyable salon experience. If you love working on a team, have excellent communication skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude to greet clients and provide a warm welcome to the salon
• Book and close out appointments
• Provide information on salon services, products, and promotions
• Assist with product sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service
• Comfortable with booking software
• Strong multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
