Front of House Client Experience Consultant at Georgia Louise Beauty Longevity Atelier
OverviewReporting to the Managing Director, the Front of House Client Experience Consultant is a key ambassador of the Georgia Louise Beauty Longevity Atelier for our Front of House. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional, concierge-level client journey from arrival to departure while actively driving treatment consultations, rebooking, package sales, and long-term client retention.
The ideal candidate is a confident, polished professional who excels in building strong client relationships, providing first-class concierge service, consultative selling, and handling objections within a luxury environment. They are flexible, proactive, and collaborative, able to think creatively to enhance client experiences and support the team wherever needed.
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, is required.
Important: This is a client-facing, consultative, and concierge-focused role focused on rebooking, consultations, and guiding clients through their treatment journey. Candidates without sales, client conversion, or delivering first-class concierge experience may not be suitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless, luxury concierge experience for all clients.
- Welcome clients and provide a refined introduction to the Atelier.
- Conduct new-client consultations, recommend treatments and packages.
- Confidently rebook clients and handle objections professionally.
- Support the team across operations, events, and retail.
- Provide expert guidance on skincare products and fulfill retail orders.
- Manage front desk operations including bookings, check-ins, billing, and client records.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional relationship-building and luxury concierge skills.
- Confident in rebooking, promoting packages, and handling objections.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to support the team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and creative thinker.
- Professional presence aligned with the Georgia Louise brand.
- Knowledge of luxury skincare and wellness preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Boulevard Software a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury spa, wellness, aesthetics, or high-end retail.
- Proven ability to sell services and drive client retention.
- Experience providing concierge or high-level client services preferred.
- Forbes trained desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
