Your Role

• Assist salon professionals with daily services and operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Shampoo, blow-dry, and prepare clients for their services
• Support retail efforts by recommending products to clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon
• Greet and engage clients to ensure a comfortable, elevated experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous salon or beauty industry experience is a plus (not required)
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
