Drip Gym Medspa in Jackson Heights is a premier medical spa clinic offering advanced aesthetic treatments and wellness services in a professional, client-focused environment. We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Aesthetician who can also assist with front desk responsibilities.
Position Overview
This is a dual-role position combining clinical aesthetics with front desk coordination. The ideal candidate is a skilled aesthetic professional with strong customer service skills who can deliver high-quality treatments while helping maintain smooth daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Aesthetic Services:- Perform Hydrafacial treatments
- Provide laser hair removal using Candela Gentle Max Pro machine
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care
- Greet clients in a warm and professional manner
- Check clients in and out
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing:
- Hydrafacial treatments
- Laser hair removal (Candela machine required)
- Microneedling
- Active New York State Esthetician license
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
