Results Guarantee / Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify for the results/money back guarantee, you must have 1) had jobs posted for a minimum of 90 days, 2) had NO contacts from job seekers and found NO resumes of qualified candidates in the SalonJobs resume database and 3) have paid the full membership fee for each month you have been a member (except for any promotional time you received).  "Results" are defined as at least one contact from a job seeker on average for each month you have been a member.

Memberships & Subscriptions are Per-Location

As a member, you may add as many locations as you wish to your user account.  'Locations' refer to physical business locations.  Membership fees are 'per-location.'  So, if you configure multiple locations under your account, you must purchase additional memberships for each additional physical location for which you want to post job advertisements.  Subscriptions require a 3 month minimum obligation before you may cancel.  You may upgrade or down-grade the level of your subscription (to include or exclude locations) at any time after your initial 3 months starting membership.  You may cancel your subscription at any time after your initial 3 month subscription obligation.

Payments

Access to SalonJobs pay services (posting jobs and searching resumes primarily) is based on a pre-paid membership fee or a pre-paid subscription fee.  If the term of your membership or subscription expires and you do not renew your membership, your access to some web site features will be limited until you decide to renew.  If you purchase a recurring subscription, you are responsible for canceling the subscription if you should decide that you no longer want to use the service.  We do not check user activity to make sure that you are continuing to use the service.

Acceptable Site Use

Be nice.  Obey the law.  Respect intellectual property.  Do not use SalonJobs.com to distribute any information that does not belong to you, information that is copyrighted, trade secrets, intellectual property, anything that violates people's rights to privacy, anything defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.  SalonJobs is a venue for promoting business and career advancement of all its members.  Using this site in any way that is illegal, unethical or obscene will result in the immediate termination of your access to the site and will result in any illegal activities being reported to the proper legal authorities.

Specific Prohibited Uses

Any use that the site is not designed for.  The site is designed for posting jobs & resumes and searching jobs and resumes.  There are additional functions to facilitate communicate between job seekers and employer that support job placements.  There are also additional functions in the site to facilitate the registration and purchase of memberships allowing access to employer functions.  Any other use of the site is prohibited.

Information Posted by Users

The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk.

Registration and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your registration or password.

Termination Policy

SalonJobs.com reserves the right to terminate a user's account at any time for any reason.

The Company's Liability

SalonJobs.com is only a venue and therefore does not screen or censor listings.  There is always a risk with dealing with strangers and you assume all risks associated the those you interact with through this venue.  Please use caution and common sense when dealing with other individuals through this web site.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEB SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE WEB SITE AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS.
